Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1st, 1989) is an American actor from the United States. She has played Deborah Gallagher, on Shameless (from 2011-2021) in addition to Harris Conner Healy, in the 10th season and later seasons on Roseanne. Kenney is a New York City resident born in 1999. She has parents Gillian Kenney, a criminal defense lawyer and Kevin Kenney, a sports writer, who previously wrote for The New York Post and now is employed by Fox Sports. Emma Kenney is born the same place like Emmy Rossum. Born from Manhattan, Kenney, 19 has a role as sassy mother Debbie in the cult Showtime TV series Shameless. The majority of her childhood was lived living in New York's Garden State.
