His biological father, Billy Ray Cyrus, had a brief relationship with Kristin Luckyy (a South Carolina waitress). His parents were in a relationship from June 1991 through August 1991. Christopher was born in June 1991. At the time, Billy Ray was still engaged to Tish who was to become his wife. He had plans to have children. Then, on November 23, 1992, Miley was born to Billy Ray and Tish. While he is part of the famous Cyrus family, no of his siblings are completely identical to the singer.
